1. Power and Application (notarized). The power must contain the name and nationality of the applicant's parents.
2. Three (3) photographs.
3. Properly certified copy of the passport (Notary or corresponding authority).
4. Criminal Record Certificate (if of legal age).
5. Health Certificate.
6. Affidavit of Personal Background Form.
7. Certified Check for B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.
8. Admission letter from the educational center.
9. Original or copy of enrollment payment receipt.
10. Certification from the educational institution, containing the applicant's general information, the duration of the program, the schedule they attend, and the subjects or courses they are enrolled in, according to the study plan.
11. University certification, in case the program is offered in the evening.
12. Proof of economic solvency, which is verified by providing one of the following requirements: 
    a. Document that proves that the student is the holder of a scholarship.
    b. Proof of funding.
    c. Bank letter in favor of the applicant or the responsible person, indicating a financial capacity consistent with the expenses that must be covered to pay for study and living costs.
13. Letter of responsibility, in case of a third party responsible.
14. Proof of residence of the foreign applicant. Note: If the applicant is a minor, the application must be submitted by the parents or the person who has custody and guardianship. In addition to the requirements established in this article, they must provide the birth certificate of the minor and a copy of the personal identity card duly authenticated by the National Directorate of Identification of the Electoral Tribunal or a notarized copy of the current migration card of the responsible person in the Republic of Panama.
