All the terms and conditions detailed below are understood to be reproduced and form part of the service agreements between Legalys and the Clients or contractors.

2. Hiring Process and Order Summary

The services and rates presented on the website cannot be purchased online; they require verification from the customer and legalys before completing the payment for them. Therefore, the customer will have access to a quote and will view a summary of the order detailing all the services they intend to acquire. This summary will include the description of the services, the individual price of each, the total purchase amount, including the Goods and Services Transfer Tax (ITBMS), refundable costs, and any applicable additional costs. The customer is responsible for verifying that the transaction reflects their intention to contract, as well as the agreed-upon conditions and the destination address if applicable. If the customer finds any inconsistencies in the order summary, they have the option to correct or cancel it before proceeding to payment. Once the customer confirms that the details are correct and proceeds with the purchase, it is considered that they have consciously and voluntarily accepted the service conditions, which may be supplemented with a specific contract for the contracted service.

3. Prices and Modifications

The prices of the services available on the Website include the ITBMS (7%) and may be modified at any time without prior notice. The customer must verify the final price before making the payment, as there may be variations based on specific inquiries or necessary adjustments for the requested service. Once the payment is made, legalys commits to making changes or adjustments to the price of the contracted service.

4. Payment and Billing

The payment for the services will be made using the methods available on the Website. Once the payment is completed, the customer will receive an electronic receipt with the details of the transaction. The official invoice will be sent via email and will be provided along with the final documents of the contracted procedure.
