¿Who can apply?

The Treaty of Friendship, Commerce, and Navigation between Panama and Italy of 1966 allows Italian citizens to obtain permanent resident status in Panamanian territory.

A Visa for the Whole Family

3. Public registration of the company in any case.
Proof that the resident has sufficient economic solvency, which can be demonstrated through a bank certification or a bank statement from the last month showing a balance of at least four medium figures or another document that demonstrates their income and is acceptable to the National Migration Service.
In case of dependents:
1. Letter of Responsibility and Repatriation (notarized).
2. Proof of kinship.
3. Proof of address.
4. Over 18 years old must present a certificate of single status and certified studies.
